2 cups sugar
2 cups water
1 ½ cups watermelon juice
Mix sugar and water together, bring to a boil over med high
heat
Simmer for 4 minutes over low heat. Cool
By crushing watermelon through a sieve chill 1 ½ cups
Add to sorbet machine and mix for 30 minutes/
