Cheese Tortellini Salad with Roasted Red Peppers Green Peppers Pine Nuts and Pecorino Romano

 

2 pounds cheese tortellini cooked and chilled

1 fresh green pepper

1 roasted red pepper

½ cup toasted pine nuts

½ cup grated pecorino Romano cheese

2 cups Caesar salad dressing

 

Procedure:

Combine all ingredients and chill for 3 hours before serving
