Tiramisu

 

Ingredients:

 

6 egg yolks

3 Tbls sugar

1 pound marscapone

1 ½ Cups Strong coffee cooled

2 tbls dark rum, Frangelica, or Gran Manier

24-36 lady fingers

½ Cup

Dark chocolate shavings

 

Procedure:

 

Beat eggs and sugar with wisk for 5 minutes until pale.  Add mascarpone and beat until smooth.  Add 1 tbls of coffee and mix until all combined.

 

In a small dish mix coffee and liquor.  Dip each ladyfinger into mixture not to saturate only to season.  In a 13 X 9 inch baking dish layer lady fingers then mascarpone mixture, then another layer of lady fingers then cheese mixture.  Top with shaved chocolate.  Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.  Serve
