4 pounds boneless pork butt
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
3 cups favorite BBQ sauce
Pork dry rub
2 cup water or dry red wine
Cut pork into 3 inch cubes
cover the pork with dry rub
put into pressure cooker on rack
add cubed onion and whole garlic
and water
pressure cook with 10 pounds of
pressure for 1 hour
allow cooker to cool
discard moisture and shred pork,
onion and garlic
add bbq
sauce, serve.
