Herb Roasted Pork Roast

 

1 Tbls Fresh Rosemary

1 Tbls Fresh Thyme

3 Tbls Kosher Salt

1 Tbls Black Pepper

1 Tsp Granulated Garlic

1 Tsp Onion powder

2 Cups Fresh Bread Crumbs

4-6 pound Boneless Pork Loin

 

Procedure:

Generously rub and pat breading into lion

Sear in hot olive oil browning all sides

Roast in hot oven 375F 12 to 15 per pound or until internal temp of 140F

Let rest for 20 min carve and serve
