Giulianova Lump Crab Cakes
Ingredients
1 pound of lump crab meat
1 egg
1tbls Worcestershire sauce
2tbls Mayo
1tbls fresh or dry parsley
1tsp baking powder
1-cup fresh bread crumbs
1tsp old bay seasoning
Olive oil
Butter
Procedure:
- Squeeze
moisture from crabmeat
- Add
parsley, baking powder, and fresh bread crumbs toss lightly
- In
another bowl whip mayo, egg, Worcestershire sauce and old bay.
- Toss
gently into crab mixture.
- Form
into desired portion cakes
- SautŽ
until golden brown in olive oil and butter.
