Chicken Marsala

 

Ingredients:

 

Tenderized Boneless Chicken Breast

Fresh Eggs, Parsley and Basil

Salt, Pepper Flour and water

Marsala Wine

Mushrooms, Shallots and fresh garlic

Olive oil, Butter

Corn Starch

Chicken Base

 

Procedure:

 

Sauté breaded chicken breast until lightly brown

Remove from oil and reserve half the oil

Add garlic and shallots to oil sauté till translucent

Deglaze pan with Marsala

Add chicken base and reduce

Place chicken over favorite pasta

Top with Marsala gravy
