1 quart of favorite bbq sauce
1 cup honey
1 cup brown sugar
1tbls crushed red pepper
1 cup blackberry wine
¼ C Cumin
¼ C paprika
¼ C granulated Garlic
¼ C granulated onion
¼ C chili powder
¼ C brown sugar
½ C Kosher salt
1 Tbls cayenne pepper
2 tbls Black pepper
Remove membrain from back of ribs rub liberally with dry rub
Marinate for 2-4 hours.
Brown ribs over direct heat.
Remove from coals Add wood chips
sauce top side of ribs return to
coals, cook indirectly for 15 min
turn ribs, baste other side cook
additional 15 min.
sauce top side again cook
additional 15 min. Serve
